To help each client obtain optimal results and reach their highest potential in health and fitness by creating “custom taylored” programs.

The initial consultation will review medical history, your current physical strength and cardiovascular condition, as well as a postural analysis to assess your individual strengths and weakness in the body based on the overall skeletal info structure. I will then customize a program based on your results and overall goals. A fusion of the different modalities of training will then be derived in order achieve optimal results. To assure that we as a team reach our goals each program will be changed/altered every 4-6 weeks.

I was always very active as a child but in the past decade fitness has been my life. It is a lifestyle change that I strive to introduce and create with each and every client that I receive. The transformations are amazing to watch over time. Seeing a change and making a difference in one person at a time makes me continue to LOVE my job!
